Sparkles and Gloom

I saw a cartoon short of it 1/2 year ago, and I actually liked it. The art-style reminds me of Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi's art-style, I also found out that the short WAS made by the same studio that made Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi "Renegade Animation".
