This is from the same episode. The reason Melody is in a desert-like area, it's because she has been searching for Harmony for 3 weeks without alerting the police department to tell them her little sister's missing. She hasn't been eating or sleeping for 3 weeks, because the search for Harmony was more important than her own health. Melody looks stressed out, hungry, tired, hot, sweaty, dehydrated, thin, and It looks like she's about to lose it and start crying uncontrollably because she couldn't find Harmony anywhere. She could either be missing or kidnapped, but Melody doesn't know. At the end of the episode, Harmony has finally been founded after 3 weeks of searching, and don't worry, she has been found alive, she hasn't been founded dead. Sorry if this looks disturbing.
