This is Meat Girl, she is the superhero counterpart of Darleen Monroe. There is no superhero that uses meat powers, so she could be the first superhero to do so.

Spit out meat blood that’s very sticky
Steak as a shield
Flying
Laser eyes

Weakness: Salt and pepper, or she'll have a fresh cooked meat smell.
