Olivia Holloway (Darleen's Friend)

Olivia Holloway is one of Darleen's elementary school friends. She is her best friend, and first met Darleen in season 1 episode 11b, "Meat-Cocoa Scouts". Her design is reminiscent to Misty from Pokémon, due to a similar hairstyle, the same hair color, the same skin color, and the same eye color.
