Mrs. Splat

This is not a character I designed, it was designed by SB99stuff. When she was introduced in one of his new parodies "KaBoot! Goes KaPut!", she didn't had a name, so I've decided to name her Mrs. Splat. According to SB99stuff, she was supposed to be a mascot for Nickelodeon Parodies.
